In 2018, with the vision of bridging the gap between education and industry needs.Fine Touch Support is skilling youth from underprivileged backgrounds and rural outskirts of India through innovations in technology and simplified methodology. Fine Touch Support is associated with couple of skilling NGOs, supporting them through mobilization, training and placement.
Education is the most powerful tool to change the world and Better education improves the nation. Our aim is to provide training, skill development and placement support to the women, underprivileged students and in the rural areas and making them employment ready. We all have to focus on skill development because this is the way that can help to end unemployment in our country. The Training and Skill Development helps underprivileged students or youth to improve their Communication, personal effectiveness, conflict management, stress management and work-life balance which make them innovative and creative.
We Train underprivileged, Rural and below poverty line youth in the age group of 18 to 28 with IT (Microsoft Office), English, and Personality Development life skills with specialization in Retail, ITES and Provide placement support. During the training period, we also organize the session of the expert from The industry for a better learning experience for our trainee
Mainly we are focused on livelihood, Entrepreneurship and rural development. Our team searches the underprivileged students or unemployed people who are not getting jobs due to a lack of Skills and provides Counseling to them. Then, Enroll for the training as per their needs and requirement after training we placed them in the reputed companies. We are also arranging a few days of training sessions for the students on interview preparation, resume making, communication skills and time management. This is based on the requirement of participants. The online session is also available. FTS also arranging the job fair all over Maharashtra to fill the gap between employer and employee
We have tied up with data entry firms, BPO, retail giants, warehouses, accounting firms, and manufacturing units across Mumbai, Thane and Navi Mumbai to employ our trainees as per their skills. Our students are already working on different designations as follows- Clerk, Office Assistant, Data Entry Operators, Logistics, Back office(Non-Voice/Voice Process), Sales, Administration, Customer care, art and craft making, packing, organizing and sorting, Cashier, helper etc. Basically, we are the link between the employer and the employee. Our goal is trying to help candidates to get a Job.

Is there a training fee
The skill and career development training are provided to the candidates at our approved training Centre’s. We are not charging any fee from the candidates. There are no registration charges or certification fees. There are no placement charges

How do I located a training Centre in my area?
FTS have to tie-up with different Training Centre . we find a training centre near your location. Alternatively, you can get enrolled for the training then, we will recommend the nearby training centre or our mobilization staff will contact you and provide you counselling and guidance.

Is there a placement guarantee?
Under our process, we are mandated to place at least 75% of the Candidates in Jobs. Offering a minimum salary (CTC) of Rupees 9000 per month. This amount will include or exclude the incentives or facility which is provided by the companies because every company has a different salary package.

What are the facilities entitled to candidates in a training centre?

Will I receive a certificate after completion of the training?
Yes, you will be received the soft as well as hard copy of certificate after completion of the training.

Once I placed, will there any growth or remain stuck in the same position?
We are providing the training that made the candidates employable ready. You will be trained in the skill needed to grow in your job but you need to work with full dedication and enthusiasm to ensure your superior finds you suitable for promotion.
